The National Power Battery Innovation Center presented its Li-ion 350 prototype output at CABIA’s 2021 annual meeting.
The National Power Battery Innovation Center’s project began in 2016 with a target of a 350 Wh/kg battery prototype. CABIA’s annual meeting provided a forum for sharing the research output.
The output was formally presented on 30 April 2021 to more than 200 alliance-member representatives. The project team described its high-nickel cathode, silicon-based anode and supporting safety and low-temperature work.
