A solid-state battery branch connecting research and industry
CABIA’s solid-state battery branch launched in 2022 with more than 80 initial participating organisations.
Solid-state batteries require coordination across technology choices, materials, product development and manufacturing. An official Institute of Physics platform documents the branch’s establishment.
The branch was established on 25 January 2022 with the institute participating as a council member. Its initial membership covered research institutes, universities, businesses and industry organisations.
