An AI research workshop and battery-recycling results presentation took place at GEM’s Wuhan Circular Economy Industrial Park on 1 August 2026. The Wuhan joint laboratory for low-carbon battery recycling introduced AI-enabled solutions covering intelligent disassembly, residual-value assessment, reuse and end-to-end traceability. It also released the 2026 edition of a white paper on technology progress and the industrial roadmap for intelligent battery disassembly. CABIA’s Recycling Branch supplied the report, documenting collaboration between industry and academic research teams.
