  • Service Partners from Four Countries Join Battery Training Program at SVOLT Energy

SVOLT Energy, member of CABIA, hosted a technical training program for service partners from Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Vietnam, supporting knowledge exchange and local service capabilities across international markets.

On 19 August 2025, representatives from five after-sales service providers began a four-day technical training program at SVOLT Energy’s global headquarters in Changzhou, China. Participants came from Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Vietnam.

The program covered battery safety, product fundamentals, fault analysis and diagnostic procedures. It combined classroom sessions with hands-on exercises and simulated fault scenarios, enabling participants to strengthen their understanding of battery inspection, maintenance and repair.

Training was delivered in English with bilingual supporting materials. Technical teams from SVOLT Energy’s after-sales service, engineering and fault-analysis functions contributed to the sessions and exchanged practical experience with the participating service partners.

As battery products enter a growing number of international markets, local service capabilities are becoming increasingly important. Cross-border technical training helps manufacturers and service partners develop a shared understanding of safety requirements, diagnostic methods and service procedures, supporting more consistent assistance throughout the product lifecycle.

The program provides a practical example of how CABIA member companies are developing international service capabilities alongside their overseas business activities. As CABIA’s platform for international cooperation and global engagement, ICC will continue to present member initiatives in technical exchange, professional training and overseas service development while supporting connections across the global battery value chain.
