CABIA member SVOLT Energy presented storage systems for residential, commercial and industrial, utility-scale, and AI data center applications at EES Europe 2026 in Munich.
Held in Munich from June 23 to 25, EES Europe 2026 brought together companies and industry stakeholders from across the energy storage sector. CABIA member SVOLT Energy used the event to present solutions spanning residential storage, commercial and industrial applications, utility-scale projects, and AI data centers.
Each of these applications brings a different set of operating priorities. Residential systems must respond to local climates and household energy needs. Commercial and industrial projects place greater emphasis on lifetime economics and operational flexibility, while utility-scale storage requires a strong focus on safety, thermal management, and deployment at scale. AI data centers add another requirement: rapid response and continuity of power.
SVOLT’s exhibit brought these applications together through storage systems based on stacked cells, liquid cooling, and intelligent battery management. According to the company, its utility-scale solutions have already been deployed in European projects, including in Bulgaria and Moldova.
Taken as a whole, the exhibit reflects a broader shift in the storage industry. Solutions are increasingly being developed around specific use cases, climate conditions, and operating models rather than capacity alone.
Through ICC, CABIA provides an objective view of how its members are engaging with international markets and contributing to the global energy transition, while supporting dialogue across the new energy value chain.
